The Oscars

You know, this year, and for the past couple of years, I have not enjoyed the Oscars. In fact, I have not enjoyed any of the 'major' nominations. In fact, I think there are a lot of pictures missing that should have been included.

Actors - the only job that has an awards show for actors to give kudos for a job well done. AND they vote for themselves. I much prefer when it is the people's choice awards - at least they are listening to their customer! I guess I will not ever understand it. But that could be why I am not in the business.

I hope everyone is staying warm - we are a little bit cooler than normal down here, but nowhere near the temps the midwest is experiencing.
